Orbital Attack!

Privacy Policy

Effective
October 9, 2026

Orbital Attack! (“the Game”) is published by JORA Industries (“we,” “us”). We built the Game to respect your privacy. This policy explains what the Game does and does not do with information.

The short version: the Game keeps your progress and settings on your own device, shows no ads, and does not send your data to us or anyone else.

Information We Collect

None that identifies you. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location, and the Game has no accounts or sign-in. We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage tracking.

Information Stored On Your Device

To make the Game work, it saves a small amount of data locally on your device: your level progress and your control and audio settings. This information stays on your device using your platform’s standard app storage. It is not transmitted to us and is not shared with third parties. Removing the Game from your device deletes this data.

Purchases

The Game offers optional paid content, such as expansion packs, as in-app purchases. These transactions are processed by your app store (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play), not by us. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Your purchase is handled under the app store’s own terms and privacy policy.

Advertising

The Game contains no advertising and no third-party ad networks. We do not sell or share any information for advertising purposes — there is none to sell.

Children’s Privacy

The Game is suitable for players of all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect no personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Security & Retention

Because your data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device’s own security. We retain no copy of it. You remain in control: clearing the Game’s data or uninstalling the Game removes everything it has stored.

Changes To This Policy

If we change how the Game handles information — for example, if a future version adds an optional online feature — we will update this policy and its effective date, and describe what changed. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
